Tangible Taste is an organic lifestyle brand founded by Amy Rupert- Secol. Chef Amy has studied Holistic Nutrition and Health Supportive Culinary Arts at top institutions in both California and New York City. She has spent her career helping the community access organic food, learning to prepare it and has created her own brand to promote how delicious and easy healthy can be. The goal of Tangible Taste is to enrich life using our small batch locally focused goods and providing education on organic living.

Our signature product is organically infused apple cider vinegar. Using fresh organic produce sourced through small local farms and a selection of high quality organic herbs, we infuse apple cider vinegar to create a delicious and healthful tonic to be used daily. 

Tangible Taste vinegars can be added to beverages like water, seltzer or tea to enhance the flavor and nutritional value. These vinegars are perfect for dressing salads and flavoring roasted vegetable, meat and fish dishes at the table. The gourmet and the home cook alike love these vinegars that can be added to any dish to improve its flavor. 

The value of our vinegars comes from the delicious taste of our infusions combined with the profound health benefits provided by apple cider vinegar with the mother. Research is pointing towards numerous conditions that can be helped through regular use of this vinegar including reducing inflammation, promoting weight loss, boosting the immune system, supporting insulin production, decreasing cholesterol and blood pressure as well as enhancing respiratory, circulatory and digestive systems. Everyday, more and more doctors are recommending apple cider vinegar with the mother to promote wellness.

Our favorite ways to use vinegar:

  • Cut up your favorite veggies and pop them in the oven naked- no oil, no salt, no anything. Roast until soft to your liking. Cool slightly and season with your favorite vinegar and sea salt.

  • Mix with olive oil and prepared mustard for a mustard vinaigrette.

  • Mix with sesame oil and soy sauce for an Asian style vinaigrette.

  • Mix with nut oils and honey for a sweet and nutty vinaigrette.

  • Sprinkle directly on your salad. Follow with your favorite oil and sea salt, if desired.

  • Marinate shredded cabbage and carrots overnight in the refrigerator for a perky slaw.

  • Dress cooked quinoa and whole grains.

  • Season roasted or grilled meats and fish at the table.

  • Flavor steamed, sautéd and roasted vegetables after cooking.

  • Add to bubbly water or ice’d tea. Sweeten with honey if desired.

  • Mix into warm water with honey for a soothing tonic.

  • Add to vegetable juice for kick.

  • Blend into your smoothie.

  • Dilute in filtered water before a meal to enhance digestion.

  • Dilute in filtered water after a meal to relieve heartburn, bloating or phlegm.

STORING YOUR VINEGAR IN A COOL AND DARK LOCATION IS RECOMMENDED. REFRIGERATION IS NOT NECESSARY.
